MECHANEX 2022 presents attendees with an opportunity to find out more about the latest features within Autowork Online, MAM's feature-rich garage management software.

The latest version of Autowork Online is filled with improvements to increase efficiencies and increase productivity. The new KPI dashboard is a brand-new reporting tool that can showcase Key Performance Indicators to allow technicians to see how the business is running in real time. There are currently 15 indicators to choose from including total jobs invoices, average invoiced value, average labour per job and many more. Future versions of Autowork Online will include more KPIs for selection.

Autowork Online has streamlined its reporting process with improved date selector functionality. This now has a quick select date option as well as a streamlined calendar display selector ensuring the quickest process to get the required results.

The reporting functionality has been improved with a redesigned interface. Reports have been standardised to look the same for consistency and ease of analysis. The new report page features report quick links, with reports grouped into categories and displayed in quick link tabs for speed and efficiency.

MAM Software will also be showcasing the latest version of TeamView: the paperless job card and technician’s activity add-on for Autowork Online. Recent updates to TeamView include an intuitive Electronic vehicle health check (eVHC) the modern electric format to perform vehicle health checks for tablets and smartphones. The damage inspection functionality is designed to help protect revenue, avoid costly damage claims and provide a professional service.
